Ashwin and team has been one phenomenal lawyer! More than a lawyer, he made the client comfortable because at times you are in a certain position, where you don’t trust anyone. I was so helpless, that at every stage I needed him, be it weekdays or weekends or any odd hours to help me out because I was going through a massive amount of pain. Advocate Ashwin is an amazing Advocate. I had a cheque bounce instance from a builder sometime during the start of covid when the courier services were on hold and I somehow failed to send the notice to the builder during the required timeframe because of which I had little hope of pursuing the case legally. I had called up a few advocates from the details I found on google and most of them discouraged me from filing a case stating now I could not do anything as the timeframe for filing the case was up. Advocate Ashwin was the first one who actually probed for more details on the phone like a true professional and reassured me that we were well within time frame to file a case. He is affordable and extremely professional. He also responds within 24 hours through a written email after every hearing and keeps you updated on your case. He helped me get my money back from the builder for the bounced cheque for which I will always remain grateful to him.
